Your information is released to lenders and brokers only after you click on the "Submit your Loan Application" button. Lenders/brokers are sent the information gathered because it is required to make a loan decision. The lenders and brokers who participate on the OkayLoans.com and Okay Lending Group are regulated by state and federal agencies. They may contact you directly after they receive your information. The companies on our network can only access your information through a secure web page.  If your information is forwarded to a financial institution, or other third party supplier, your information will be transmitted according to the security and privacy policies of that financial institution or third party supplier whose privacy practices may differ from ours.  Your information as shared with outside providers will become subject to those different policies.

What cookies are and how they are used

We may place "cookies" on your personal computer.  "Cookies" are small identifiers sent from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive, similar to a license plate, that help us to recognize you if you visit our website again.  Also, OkayLoans.com uses cookies to track how you found our site. Additionally, please be advised that once you have submitted your loan type request, and the information has been received by the lenders/brokers, this information is no longer under our control.

Due to federal & state regulations, we are required to keep a copy of your information for a period of 3 years. Over this period we will maintain all such data in a confidential and secure area that third parties will not be allowed to access.

Special offers and Third Party Advertising

From time to time we may send you special offers and useful loan amd mortgage related information via email. We never sell-rent or broker our clients information to any outside marketing party. We do operate a Yahoo egroups e-mail discussion and newsletter service, which is Double-OPT-in,  and by invitation only. You may opt out of receiving these emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email. We do not reveal any personal information about you to companies making the special offer, unless you respond to the promotion.
