| The Ferrari F40 - what more do we need to say? This was the first true
supercar, the standard by which all others were judged. Even 15 years after its release,
the F40 is still a benchmark for supercar performance, with an amazing 478HP out of a twin
turbocharged intercooled 3.0L motor, carbon fiber and composite body (resulting in a
svelte 2600lb curb weight), and legendary braking and handling. The blend of these exotic
attributes have put this at the top of the list of the most desirable and recognizable
cars in the world. This particular example is in excellent condition and includes all
books, records, tools, and keys. In addition, the car has had a Tubi exhaust added for a
boost in performance and tone. This is a verified 2 owner car from new, and has been
serviced at Continental Auto Sports in Chicago since new including the major service
having been completed. This particular car runs as strong as any F40 we have had the
pleasure of driving.

| Condition Information |
| Bid with confidence, this F40 is as nice as we've seen. The exterior
shows beautifully, with only a few hairline stress cracks beginning to develop in the
paint finish and a few imperfections inherent to composite material finishes. The interior
is excellent, with very little wear on the clearcoat for the carbon fiber. The dash and
mousehair are as nice as the day that they left the factory. The wheels are starting to
show some spider cracks in the clearcoat over the alloy, but all are straight and
uncurbed. The tires show almost no wear and look excellent. Carfax shows NO title brands,
flood, salvage, rollback, or any other accident/incident history. |

Terms of Sale: We accept certified checks, money orders, wire transfers,
postal orders, and personal checks (all funds must clear before delivery of vehicle). The
winning bidder must contact Muscle Car Classics and send a deposit of 5% within 24 hours
of the auction close. This deposit is refundable pending inspection prior to shipment.
Payment in full must be received within 3 business days of auction close.
If bidder is financing, please ensure that financing is arranged before bidding in order
to comply with our payment rules. If help is needed, please contact us to arrange
pre-approval through our Finance Department PRIOR TO BIDDING. Balance will be collected by
Muscle Car Classics before delivery of vehicle. Registration will be sent C.O.D, meaning
buyer pays registration fees. Muscle Car Classics is not responsible to collect taxes if
car is being sold out of state. Buyer must provide a proof of insurance and Valid drivers
license.
